Instructions for filling out the registration form

<ol>
	<li>Start by entering your company’s business ID.  We use the interface to check whether your company meets the criteria of the registration page.                                                         
	<ul>
		<li>The company provides services to support international recruitment (e.g., international employment services, training to support international recruitment, settling-in services, or consulting services to support international recruitment).</li>
		<li>Minimum A credit rating</li>
		<li>Contractor’s obligations and liability details are in order </li>
		<li>the company has a permanent establishment in Finland in accordance with Section 13 a of the Income Tax Act (1535/1992)                                       </li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>If all the criteria are met, you can continue to fill out the form. If the criteria are not met, you cannot fill out the form. In this case, you can find more information on <a href="https://www.vastuugroup.fi/fi-en/our-services/reliable-partner" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline">the Reliable Partner page</a> of Vastuu Group and <a href="https://www.asiakastieto.fi/web/en/services-for-businesses/check-before-closing-a-deal/credit-information-and-rating.html">Suomen Asiakastieto page</a>. 
	Fill out the following information:
	<ul>
		<li>Company name</li>
		<li>Phone number and email of the contact person (the contact details will only be used by Business Finland and will not be published on the Work in Finland services page)</li>
		<li>From the drop-down menu, select the type of service you offer. (International employment services, Training to support international recruitment, Settling-in services, Consulting services to support international recruitment.</li>
		<li>Enter descriptions of the service and the company in their respective fields in every language in which you provide the service (Finnish, Swedish, and/or English). You have 500 characters per language. This description will be published on the Work in Finland services page.                                                 </li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Add a company logo. Allowed image formats are JPG and PNG. The maximum file size is 1 MB. Please make sure the quality of the image is sufficient.                                      </li>
	<li>To proceed, you must accept and commit to <a href="https://henkilostoala.fi/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Opas-ulkomaisten-tyontekijoiden-vastuulliseen-rekrytointiin.pdf" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline">Employment Industry Finland’s guidelines on responsible recruitment of foreign employees</a>. By ticking the box, you accept these principles and commit to them.                                              </li>
	<li>If you press Cancel at any time when filling out the form, the completed fields will be cleared and you must begin filling out the form from the start.                                           </li>
	<li>Before submitting the form, please make sure that the information you have provided is correct and that all required fields have been filled out. Next, press the Send button. You will see a confirmation message when the data has been sent successfully. Your company details will be updated on the Work in Finland services page within 10 working days. If we have further questions, Business Finland will be in touch with you.</li>

The company reporting its information is responsible for its own activities. Business Finland does not assume responsibility for the marketing of the service providers listed on the website, and it does not in any way participate in any cooperation projects or contractual arrangements that arise between the companies and the customers acquired through the website or between parties that have otherwise found each other through the service providers and/or Work in Finland.

Business Finland processes the verification data confidentially. Business Finland processes the contact details provided only to reach their provider, and they are not disclosed to third parties.

In order to register on the Work in Finland website, your company must meet the criteria and obtain a Trusted Partner certification. You can find the criteria and instructions for filling out the form here. Start by entering your company’s Business ID.

Your company will be listed on our websites as a provider of recruitment services within 10 business days. If we have any questions or require further information, we will contact you using the details you have provided.

	the company has at least an A credit rating  
	</li>
	<li>
	the company’s contractor’s obligations and liability details are in order  
	</li>
	<li>
	the company has a permanent establishment in Finland in accordance with Section 13 a of the Income Tax Act (1535/1992)  
	</li>
	<li>
	the company commits to <a href="https://henkilostoala.fi/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Opas-ulkomaisten-tyontekijoiden-vastuulliseen-rekrytointiin.pdf" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Employment Industry Finland’s guidelines on responsible recruitment of foreign employees</a>.  
	</li>
</ul>

 

If yes, please fill out the form below and register as a service provider. The information in the form will be verified by Suomen Asiakastieto. The credit rating is checked using the Rating Alfa classification provided by Suomen Asiakastieto. When the registration is complete, your company will appear on <a href="/wif/tyonantajat/palvelut/palveluntarjoajat.html">the page of service providers</a> within 10 business days (LINK: 6.10)

Registration is free, but your company must have a <a href="https://www.vastuugroup.fi/fi-en/our-services/reliable-partner#liity" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Reliable Partner certification</a>. The certification is provided by <a href="https://www.vastuugroup.fi/fi-en/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Vastuu Group</a>, and costs €140 per year.
