Work in Finland International Recruitment Advice Service for Employers is a “one-stop shop” for employers based in Finland who want to recruit international talent. Who is this service for?

The Work in Finland International Recruitment Advice Service for Employers is for all employers based in Finland, regardless of industry or company size.

What can we help you with?

We offer information, support, and advice on recruiting international talent, hiring and permit processes, and relocating to and settling in Finland. This includes general questions about recruitment and relocation processes or more specific ones, such as the types of work-based residence permits available or how to how to help a new international employee to settle in Finland.

What’s not included?

We don’t offer employment services such as advertising job vacancies, and we can’t initiate/take up official matters or procedures with authorities on your behalf. We also do not provide advice on occupational health and safety, employment contract or labour legislation matters, or issues related to the legislation of other countries. However, we can help to guide you to the correct, responsible authority.
